the staff are friendly and so helpful at all times, i couldnt ask for more. the hotel stay were very nice, comfortable and centrally located. the hotel is clean, tidy, friendly and well priced, great.
the room i get is a little cramped. i wish i have more space to get to the other side of the bed and pass through a very narrow space between the bed and the wall. it wasn't practical.

I was grateful for the unbeatable location, right in the heart of everything! it made exploring city attractions easy. the room was super clean and modern. It included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the excellent soundproofing, it ensured i had a restful night's sleep.
The air conditioning seemed difficult to adjust. It was hard to maintain a consistent temperature in the room.

the bed was a little too hard for me, i prefer something softer for better sleep.
